Feeding self sweet potato

So far, jarred pureed carrots are his favorite, jarred pureed pears second favorite, he does okay with mashed sweet potato, and the mashed banana stays in, but he makes horrible faces at it. I think he just doesn't like banana. He really likes to touch the food to get the full sensory experience, and he seems to do fine using the small spoons by himself, and he prefers that to being fed.
