Zack went to the doctor today, and she pronounced him to be thriving. He now weighs 7lbs 6oz, up from 6lbs 1oz two weeks ago---an ounce and a half gain a day. He also picked his head up and scooted across the exam table on his tummy and then flipped most of the way over---the doctor said, "I guess nobody told him he wasn't supposed to be able to do that yet."
She also recommended some drops for his gassiness, and said that they might help him sleep for longer periods at a time. Maybe we will be able to make it all the way up to a three hour stretch, because right now his average sleep is one hour and his longest is two hours, and that's with me holding him. But if the drops just make him feel better in his tummy, I'll be happy.

Of course your baby is highly advanced for his age ;-) Really glad to hear he's doing so well. Hoping the gas drops help!
