Checkups this week

Shots all round.
Zack is average-sized at 38 lbs and 40", and Ash is huge at 28 lbs and 30". Zack got a referral to an ENT for possible sleep apnea.

Ash walking

He walked two blocks. He felt so grown up. He said, "Wah! Wah!" And he commented on trash and dead leaves blowing along the gutter. He paused in front of most gates and indicated that he would like to climb most stoops, but he mostly stayed on task and maintained forward motion.

More Lego projects from today

Zack made these all by himself from the instructions, and a dump truck as well. The go-cart steers, the helicopter picks up cargo with a hook, and the dump truck dumps.

Lego/dissertation station

New shelf that mostly keeps Legos out of Ash's reach.


While I was helping Zack with Legos, Ash was redistributing his toys, trying for maximum floor coverage. He also captured the roll of toilet paper, and when he was done with it he walked into the room to show it to me, saying, "No, no, no."
