Zack in the bath

Zack was getting me to play duck retrieval. He liked the noise the duck made when it fell on the floor. He pushed it off the edge of the tub probably a dozen times---I know this game will get old fast, but today it was fun.

Sitting up

Zack is getting really good at sitting up. He's also getting very mobile. He doesn't have as much control over where he goes as he'd like, but he can cover the whole of the livingroom floor pretty easily, by creeping and rolling and pulling and pushing himself backwards. He's been getting up in crawling position and rocking back and forth, but when he reaches from there to go forward, he falls forward. But I think he'll be crawling in the next weeks. We are going to babyproof the cabinets, drawers, and fixtures this weekend.

Walker on the deck

Rolled back the astroturf so Zack could drive the walker on the deck. He can really make it go, which makes him happy---but he gets stuck in the ditch on the edge. He was wearing shoes for the first time here, because of the leftover dust from the astroturf.

Zack Zack Attack

Zack in his walker. He has pretty well learned how to drive it, and he's starting to explore.
