Classic Little Golden Books

We went a little crazy at the bookstore yesterday. All these are from the 50s, and the illustrations are really fun, and they were very cheap. Most of them have too much text for Zack right now, but he likes the bright pictures.

On a side note, I have just realized that Margaret Wise Brown (Goodnight Moon) wrote many of these, including Scuppers the Sailor Dog, as well as the Fix-it Men book at Great Grandma Teddy's house. The Two Little Gardeners book at the bottom is hers, and it's very good, as is one called Seven Little Postmen, about a letter going across the country. I wish they had rereleased the Fix-it Men book.
