Language notes

As Zack gets better with language and is speaking almost exclusively in long phrases and complete sentences, the language issues he has are becoming more noticeable. His first and second person pronouns are thoroughly reversed---he calls himself "you," and all his stuff "yours." He calls his dad and me, "me" and our stuff "mine." What I am currently hearing from the bathroom, as Alex is getting Zack ready for a bath: "Dad help you take your clothes off now." Except he still doesn't do /k/ or /g/ and /l/ is iffy, so it's more like: "Dad hewp you tate your tyose off now." He is also really actively working on blends, so whereas a week or so ago he would say "tose" for clothes, he now turns it into a two syllable word in an effort to get that /l/ blend: "tee-ose." Not that that is any closer to right, but he's really trying.
